Summary page

The Summary page provides key statistics describing charger activity. Data presented on the Summary page reflects data from all of the chargers the logged in user has access rights to view.

Summary metrics

The Summary page presents:

  • Total number of lifetime charge sessions and sessions over the last 30 days

  • Total sum of lifetime energy from charge sessions and over the last 30 days

  • Total sum of lifetime charging time in sessions and over the last 30 days

  • Total sum of lifetime CO2 avoided and over the last 30 days

  • Total Energy by month for the past 12 months

Charger Map

The map included on the Summary page displays the location of all chargers, each represented by an icon. Charger icons are placed based on the street address associated with the charger. When multiple chargers are located in close proximity, icons are clustered.

Clicking on an icon opens a dialog box that provides further information. When clicking on a cluster, the dialog box shows the count of chargers for a each customer represented in the cluster.

Total Deployed

The Charger Summary page provides a count of the total deployed chargers that the logged in user has access to - this includes child customers and their related chargers. Status for each charger is also provided including Available, Charging, Faulted, Waiting to charge, and Not reported.
