Fault Dashboard

Overview

Fault Dashboard enables users to easily view comprehensive charger fault data required to better understand and troubleshoot asset faults remotely.

To get started, users must apply filters to select which fault data they would like to view. Each filter is described below. After applying filters, users can select the green “Get Data” button to view their chosen fault data.

Filter

Summary

Customer

Available only to users with access to multiple Customers, this filter allows users to select from which tenants they would like to view fault data

Charger Name

Select which assets to view fault data from by their user provided friendly name.

Fault Status

Whether a fault is active or inactive.

Fault Creation Date Range

Date range that a fault first occurred.

Date format is:

  • Month (MM)

  • Date (DD)

  • Year (YYYY)

  • Hour (HH)

  • Minute (MM)

View Fault Data in Table

After select filters for viewing fault data and selecting Get Data, users can be detailed fault data in the fault data table. For convenience, faults can be viewed in two ways:

  1. Sequential View: View each individual occurrence of all faults

  2. Group by Fault: Faults are grouped by each unique combination of charger name, connector ID, OCPP fault code and vendor error code. This is particularly useful for high volumes of fault data.
