The Depot Charging page provides a summary of charge sessions and fault occurrences for the selected charge dispensers during the time period.
At the top of the page, you can select all charge dispensers or specific charge dispensers. You can also select the date range you would like to view. Note that the date range is restricted to a maximum of 31 days.
The Session Success tile shows a summary of charge sessions and faults. The Fault Frequency table indicates the occurrence of unique faults within the selected time span. The Faults by day bar chart displays fault counts by day.
Users can select to view assets associated with a specific customer, then can select one or all of that customer’s chargers.
Users can select up to 30 days of charging history to examine at a given time. Users can select start date and time & end date and time.
The Session Success graph shows 3 factors per day over the given Date Range.
Session Count - Represented by a green line with dots for each day. It gives the number of charging sessions that occurred on that day.
Fault Count - Represented by a red line with dots for each day. It gives the number of faults that occurred on that day.
kWh Consumed - Represented by grey bars. It gives the total kWh sent on that day.
Users can hover their mouse over any part of the graph to see each day’s specific data.
Users can use this tool to indicate how their chargers are performing. For example, on days with few charging sessions but a large kWh consumed, this is indicative of vehicles charging from a low SoC to a high SoC over a long period of time. A high session count with a low kWh consumed indicates vehicles “topping off” many times throughout the day. A low kWh consumed and a high fault count indicates that charging did not occur as expected.
The Fault Frequency table allows users to see which faults occurred in their selected data, as well as how many times that fault appeared.
When users click on a row in the Fault Frequency table, it will take them to the Charge Sessions table below to the sessions with the selected fault.
The Charge Sessions table lies below the Session Success and Fault Frequency graphs.
Each line represents a unique charging session, and each column represents a data field associated with that charging session. Users can export the table as a PDF or CSV file, or search the table for specific information. Users can also sort by specific fields.
Below is the list of all fields in the Charge Session table:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Customer | The customer who owns the charger |
